![]() ![]() I said the control was just a little too abundantfor me where I was really finding myself looking for power especially when I was playing singlesand playing doubles you know I can I can rely on that control game but in singles I was reallytrying to use that power finish the point try to get my opponent running and I was findingmyself not really getting the power out of this paddle to do that and I like to refer to Mark asthe human ball machine because it doesn't matter what ball you hit another one's coming back overthe net and I really needed that power to finish the point when I was playing singles with himvery complimentary maybe a little modest we've spent a lot of time on the court again playingboth doubles and singles I thought he played wonderfully with it I liked a little bit more ofthat mass base power I didn't really have trouble. Was actually a lot more control playing in andI think the 16 millimeter core and that carbon fiber that graphene kind of reinforced thatcontrol aspect so it dipped the power down a little bit in my opinion nice well um we like alot of the same paddles I'm with you on most of it if I had one knock on the paddle which is thesame it's the handle length 5.25 that's minimalist length for me I'd like a little more but the16 and a half inch overall length really works I'm switching from a typical polypropylene coreto that graphene reinforced core really I would agree improves the Precision makes this paddle alittle more predictable uh the same t7 raw carbon face makes it very spin friendly I personallylove the core width I know you probably wanted to go with something let the dogs off the chainget a little more power off the face I wanted.Ī little more handle length overall I just feellike electrum's doing a great job at pushing the envelope for Quality paddles the foam injectionaround the rim is definitely another noticeable aspect it kind of uh zeros out or marginalizes anydead spots so it's very edge to edge performance playing with this paddle I really enjoyed the playtest yeah I would say speaking about the grip my dainty hands I kind of liked the grip I like thelength I liked the size of it it felt uh good when I was hitting I don't do a two-handed backhandand so I didn't really need that extra length as far as the the surface goes like I said you getthat signature electron spin there's really no issue there probably not as much spin as maybe theoriginal electron Pro that we saw with that paddle and like you mentioned I would love this paddleif it was maybe in a 14 millimeter offering like. ![]() Electrum continuesto build on its lineup with the new model e Elite paddle weighing in at an average 8.1ounces the electric Model E Elite features a graphene reinforced carbon fiber core and araw t700 carbon fiber heating surface producing electrum's signature spin with a package thatfavors control power hitter is looking to Reign it in should look no further we had a lot of timespent on the pickleball court either doing singles or doubles with this paddle from what I recall youreally enjoyed the prior version of the model e paddle what were your thoughts on the new updateyeah I thought that this was very reminiscent of kind of the engaged Pursuit lineup paddles andmaybe even some yolas I thought that the weight was there at 8.3 ounces for our model the way itwas there for me um but what I saw was that there. ![]()
